In Võru, in south of Estonia, a pioneering apartment building is being built that sets the highest standards with its construction and fittings.


The building is being constructed using solid timber construction with smart products in the Estula system, which guarantees high energy efficiency and sustainability.


The building is heated via the local district heating network. Cooling is provided by the hot water heat pumps positioned in the apartment.



The 2- and 3-room apartments on offer vary in size between 48 and 80 square meters and are equipped with balconies or terraces. Each apartment has its own spare cellar room on the first floor.


Parking spaces are located directly in front of the building.

Location and surroundings

Close to nature: Võru's surroundings offer numerous opportunities for nature lovers.
